Tiger is not qualified to run any business. He is the biggest narcissist in golf.

Fascinating. Points up how little I know about how the world actually works. Y'all's overview of the major aspects of the situation helps a lot. Thinking out loud. . .

1. Money makes the world go round.

2. Fans are apparently the ultimate source of the funding.

3. Apparently a few humans control most of the funds once they've been piled up. Looks like most of the humans in this situation are big golf fans, aren't stupid, but, being human, *are* flawed.

4. Folks with power tend to abuse it. See June 6 and those tax returns.

5. Fans want superstars. Top golfers perform impossible feats - clear to anyone who has attempted to improve his golf game. They're actually more like superheroes.

6. Tiger is the ultimate superhero. I know how much more likely I was to turn on a golf telecast if Tiger was there. The players all acknowledge that the money in golf is there largely because of Tiger.

7. Can Tiger be relied upon to always be there? History would suggest that "blips" could arise. Do these large ego billionaires allow their fanboyness to override their business sense and let the whole thing be risked on that one potential bottleneck?

6. What's to stop any of the entities from taking their balls and going home at any time?

7. Norman was Tiger before Tiger came along. That change did not go well for Greg. Not seeing that mix happening. Had a few late "hole-outs" not happened. . .

8. OWGR appears to be the humongous key. Logic would suggest that big fans in high places of a supreme court or a congress or some legal "power" will conclude that OWGR can't exclude their favorite superstars and demand that all the best players have the opportunity to be in the "majors". Can fan noise demanding it also be enough to move the needle and effect/force a change?

9. Seems to me that the superstars have earned their positions and that the likes of J.M. have no business holding them back. Yasir is a big fan and is apparently treating his boys well financially. A world tour with nothing but (relative) superstars (all of them?) might make the most sense, as long as somebody will pay for it. And, might it even pay for itself?

10. How about a deep dive into how OWGR ends up being dealt with? More lawsuits? I demand some accurate predictions. :-)

11. Oh, and the Masters has had too many "odd" winners over the years to go along with all the superstars who have also won it. Fix that, please. :-)

If you are suggesting Tiger will be the boss of NewCo, that would be laughable

There is a massive difference between being a champion sportsman and and being a successful businessman.

Was Tiger part of the corruption/collusion of OWGR? If so he can be sued along with the other criminals.
